Carmen

Carmen first found herself holding an audience and microphone at the young age of 18 in various bars and clubs on the Liverpool circuit. She moved to Blackpool in early 2006 and has since worked in every one of the ITP leisure venues.

The last 5 years have been rather a whirlwind for Carmen as she could never have anticipated how full of action & opportunity life working for ITP Leisure can be. Best known for being the Leading Lady at The Flying Handbag – Carmen enjoys her weekly trip down Queen Street to host an evening of Karaoke at Roxy’s where she is referred to as ‘The Silver Tongued Princess of Bling’.

Carmen is understudy to DJ Zoe at Funny Girls something she could have only dreamed of when starting out in the early days in Liverpool – Zoe has always been Carmen’s icon.

Carmen is a keen fundraiser and can often been seen hosting local events for charity and always takes a big part in the entertainment schedule for Blackpool Pride.

Carmen has a wicked sense of humour, don’t heckle this lady - she bites back. And if you are at the bar she’ll have a White Wine – cheers!!
